1. Services Provided
AlphaWorld provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform including but not limited to ERP systems, CRM tools, and White Label business solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
2. User Obligations
- Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized data scraping.
3. White Label & API Usage
Partners using our White Label solutions are responsible for the first-level support of their own end-users. AlphaWorld is a technology provider and does not have a direct contractual relationship with the partner's end customers unless specified.
4. Payments and Billing
- Subscription Fees: Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the ERP/CRM dashboard if invoices are overdue by more than 7 days.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of Alfaworld Technologies Private Limited You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to copy our source code.
6. Limitation of Liability
AlphaWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.
